• CMS-HHS National Provider Identification.

• FULLY LICENSED Nebraska Alcohol & Drug Counselor since 2008.  Seventeen years of clinical substance counseling & clinical substance evaluation experience.  

• MEMBERSHIPS with:  Panhandle Partnership for HHS, National Association of Social Workers, International Certification & Reciprocity Consortium.
